A good quality Irish silver dish or potato ring embossed with floral swags and intricately pierced with scroll work and lozenges, leaf molded base and vacant circular cartouche. Fitted with a blue glass liner. Base 8 inches diameter, 4 inches high. Made in Dublin 1917 by West & Sons. Immaculate condition.
