A tapering wooden conductor’s baton with 3 hallmarked silver mounts, the central mount engraved “Presented by The M.P.S.S.U. to J. E. BRIGGS conductor 1932”. 18 inches ( 45 cms.) long. Made in Sheffield 1931 by Alfred Biggin & Son. In original silk and velvet lined case. Case and baton both in Excellent condition.
