Victorian Silver Wine Ewer T.357


An early Victorian silver wine jug of classical baluster form with a scroll handle and pedestal foot, chased with bands of anthemion scrolls and neo-classical motifs, shaped hinged lid with a Trojan helmet finial, vacant cartouche either side. 11 inches high. 25 troy ounces. Made in London 1857 by William Hunter. Excellent condition.
