Antique Mustard Pot S.166


A William IV silver mustard pot of circular octagonal shape with a leaf capped scroll handle, domed hinged lid and shell thumbpiece . All panels chased with crosshatch and shell decoration. Gilded interior. 4 x 4 inches. 6.3 troy ounces. Made in London 1835 by William Bateman. Makers mark worn, but otherwise good.
