A Victorian ovoid shaped silver-gilt claret jug on a pedestal foot with a leaf mounted reeded scroll handle, hinged lid with ovoid finial. The jug profusely decorated with foliate scroll-work,beading,vases and ovoid panels. 14 inches high. 21 troy ounces.Made by Sibray,Hall & Co. Sheffield 1879.
