A Victorian silver claret jug of plain ovoid form with a waisted neck and loop handle with a double drop mount, concealed hinged lid with a triple scroll and ball finial. Engraved with a greyhound head crest and belted motto.10 inches high. 24 troy ounces. Made in London 1855 by Charles Thomas Fox & George Fox.
