Silver Smallwork (click on photos for larger view) K. 570: A Victorian double ended cranberry glass perfume/smelling salts bottle with silver/gilt push button tops decorated with scrollwork, one end engraved with an ornamental letter C. the other with a Unicorn crest. Condition excellent, 5 inches long, fitted in original leather case. Made in London c.1860 by Samson Mordan & Co. £200.

K.207: A Continental silver cream jug realistically modelled as a cow, the central hinged lid applied with a fly, 5.5 inches long (14 cms). bearing import marks for London 1932. £750.
J.897: A mid Victorian double ended cranberry glass bottle of tubular faceted shape, one end with a silver gilt screw top, being for perfume or smelling salts, the other end with a push-up silver gilt cap revealing the symmetrically decorated grill of a vinaigrette. 3.5 inches long. Circa 1850, £250.
J.189: An 18th. century French rectangular gold box, of tapering panelled form, the body applied with a foliate yellow gold frieze, also chased with a bright-cut wrigglework frieze, pull off cover, the top applied with further yellow gold foliate decoration. 4.5 inches tall, probably made for sealing wax or as a bodkin case. Fitted in the original green stained shagreen case. Circa 1780. £750.
