Q.866 A silver babies rattle with 2 dependant silver bells, mother of pearl teething ring and handle. Both sides stamped with a figure of a boy blowing a horn and stamped "BOY BLUE". 4 inches long. Made in Birmingham 1924 by Adie & Lovekin Ltd.
