N.207: A pair of George III silver column candlesticks with sloping bead edged square bases embossed with ram's head masks and husk swags, the fluted columns with ribbed girdles, vase shaped capitals with acanthus leaf decoration. Cast wrythen fluted drip pans. 12.5 inches tall. Made in Sheffield 1777 by Henry Tudor & Thomas Leader. £2350 pair.
