Large Silver Tankard Q784

A massive 17th. century style silver lidded tankard the scroll handle with a heart shaped terminal,double scroll and shell thumbpiece, flat topped hinged cape lid. Engraved with 4 small crests and a name. 8 inches high. 2.5 pints (1.4 litres) capacity. 34 troy ounces( 1057 grams). Made in London 1920 by Barnard Bros.
