An oval pair of 18th. century silver salts on 4 ball and claw feet the sides pierced with circles and wavy lines, double beaded edge, central vacant cartouche. Fitted with clear glass liners. 3.2 x 2.5 inches. Made in Sheffield 1778 by George Ashforth & Co.
