A George III rectangular silver inkstand on 4 scroll and paw feet, gadrooned rim with foliate shell borders. Central oval nib box with a hinged lid, vase finial and gadrooned edge. Flanked by a dome topped diamond cut glass inkwell and pounce pot with reeded sides and gadrooned edges. 9.5 inches long. 22 troy ounces. Made in London 1818 by John Edward Terry.
