A good pair of George III silver candlesticks on circular bases with shell and foliate decoration rising to partially fluted columns with foliate knops and fluted capitals. Removable circular foliate drip pans. 8.5 inches tall. Clearly hallmarked on the foot and drip pans for John & Thomas Settle Sheffield 1817.
