N.274: A matched pair of George III silver butter shells in the form of scallop shells, feet formed as whelks, the plain curved handles with reeded rims, griffin crests. 6 inches long. 8 troy ounces. London 1796 & 1801. �520 pair.

L.339: A William IV silver mounted butter dish, the frosted glass churn shaped dish with a fluted silver lid and recumbent cow finial, standing on an octafoil silver dish. 5 inches diameter, 3 inches tall. Made in Sheffield 1835 by Henry Wilkinson & Company. �400.
